Are you healthy?

If yes, great!! If not what are you doing about it? As they say, health is wealth, the time to realise this is today. Not later when things go out of hand. Take control. If required, take professional help. Be disciplined. There is no fun later in life when you will have everything but good health. The key to a good life is good health. Treat it as a priority, today and forever.

You have few good friends or large social network?

Real friendship can be counted on fingers. If you think you have more, you may just be blessed with a large social network. Few good friends are worth more than many fragile relationships. Nurture the few you have. You will need them in your journey of life.

Are you satisfied with the time you spend with your family?

Most people are not. They are banking on tomorrows which may never come. It’s not about expensive holidays. It’s not about dining out every other day. Don’t count the number of activities you do with your family. Count the hours you are with them. All your family need from you is your presence. Kids grow up really fast. Parents age quickly too. Today they may be missing you. Tomorrow you might miss them. Find a balance between work and family.

Are you working for money or there is a passion involved?

Money is important but loving your work is equally important too. The best way is to find a way to make money by doing what you enjoy. A major part of life is spent working.  You better enjoy this part or it will create stress which will impact other areas of your life. If circumstances are not allowing you today to make a choice; keep your eyes and mind open. Very soon you will get an opportunity.

Are you helping others?

The deepest satisfaction comes from serving others. Unfortunately, most people reserve it for later years. There should not be a day gone by when you don’t lend a helping hand to someone. Help should not be measured by quantity. It can be a simple act of kindness which can make someone’s day, may be life.

Are you happy?

Finally, ask your inner self whether you are happy or not. List down things that will make you happy. Go after them. Happiness is a choice and you must exercise this choice. Life is short.  Don’t spend it cribbing and complaining. Find a reason to be happy and you can get one. You deserve it.
