  • The intent is crucial

    December 18th, 2015

Nothing is right or wrong. It’s situational. What matters is the intent of the person. What you consider wrong can be right if you stand in place of the other person. So, don’t judge unless you have the facts right. Similarly, what you think is right may turn out to be wrong after a few years when circumstances change. Again, if the intent was good but the result ‘wrong’, it could be excused as a mistake. So, the intent is crucial, not the result. Be sensitive, not judgemental.

  • The yield

    December 17th, 2015

Give your best and let time do the rest. It might take weeks, months, years or even decades for the results to come. You have control on doing your best but not the timing of the result. You must wait with faith and keep doing good. Mostly, rewards will come in compounding. The longer it takes, the better it might be. If you think you did not get the right result, it may actually be a blessing in disguise which you may not be realising at the moment. The ‘good’ yields the ‘good’. It has always been like this. It will always be.

  • You deserve a good life

    December 16th, 2015

You deserve a life you wish to live. If you are happy, nothing like it. But if you want more out of your life, you need to alter things. It’s not going to be easy. To live a life of choice you need to sacrifice the default life. You might think it is hard to do this but once you actually do, it would seem to be easy and the right thing to do. One life. Your choice.

Its time you get out of the rush and create your own path. There is no suspense that you want to do it. Now come out in the open. Don’t fear. Your will power will get you through. The staircase is made for you but you need to climb it yourself.

  • 24 hours

    December 14th, 2015

How should we break our 24 hours everyday. Well, there are no fixed rules but let me suggest this. 8 hours should be given to body like sleeping, exercising, meditating, etc. 8 hours should be given to self like entertainment, hobby, passion, family, friends, learning, charity, etc. The balanced 8 hours can be given to work related activities. Some exceptions can always be made but if excessive hours are used for work related activities as a rule, it can take the fun out of life. Remember, at the end of it all, you will be proud of time spent on self and on things you love rather than more and more work.

  • Be clear

    December 13th, 2015

Be clear what you want. Excessive wealth or deep respect. People think having enormous wealth leads to respect and so they slog like hell all their life to make money so that they get respect in the society and the world. This is so foolish. Yes, having wealth will get you few acquaintances but there is no sure shot correlation between wealth and respect. And what’s the point wasting an entire life in pursuit of making money if your eventual objective is to get recognition. Having wealth is not a crime. But if you are looking for self respect and world recognition, there are easier and better ways around. Like helping others, living a meaningful life, making the world a better place or bringing a smile on someone’s face. But first, be absolutely clear what you want.

  • Fix your life

    December 12th, 2015

Fix it. Your life. Tie it together. Take control. Take charge. Ignore the fuss. Sacrifice the small things. Focus on the big stuff. Life is too short to spend on un-important things. Find a vision large enough to change the world. Commit your life to make a difference. Redeem your life. The only way to do it is to do your best. Each day.

  • He desperately needed support

    December 11th, 2015

He looked for support from the world. He desperately needed it. He did not get it. He marched alone. Tired, he sat down. He walked again. Slowly but ultimately he reached the milestone. He looked up. He saw the world clapping for him. The same world which refused to believe him. The same people who did not support him were waiting to applaud him. He understood, its our own journey. We must walk along, even if alone. The world waits only for those who arrive.

  • Focus on a few things

    December 10th, 2015

Pack it up. Throw it all. The clutter you have accumulated in life. Clean it. Focus on the few things that matter to you. If you still don’t know what your life’s most important quest is, you better decide now. Hundred small things don’t add up to one big thing. Think big, focus on it, achieve it. You are worth it. You must do it.

  • A different life tomorrow

    December 9th, 2015

It was a tight day. I am tired. I want to relax now. But my mind is not free. It is reminding me of my responsibilities and work ahead. I want to sleep but I am thinking. I want to be alone. I want to re-boot my mind and my life. Want to forget everything. Want to learn everything afresh. Over the years I have accumulated so much of clutter around myself. I want to get rid of everything. I feel like a slave. I want to be free. I want to live again. I am sleeping now. Hope I wake up with a different life tomorrow.
